III. Jericho-Satan (verse 4)

In these end times, it is crucial that the believers know their adversary and know how to struggle against him and overcome him.

If we have overcome the flesh and the world without having overcome the work of the enemy, we will still not be able to go on. It is not by power that Jericho fell, but by the Israelites relying on God's Word and standing firm in their position. In order to overcome the attack of evil spirits, we first must disregard every situation and feeling and believe in God's Word of promise. This will defeat the enemy. Second, we must stand in the position that Christ has given us, which is in the heavens, and must put down Satan and his evil spirits to their inferior position.

Without God's Word and without exercising our faith to choose the position God has given, we cannot overcome the enemy.

III. 여리고(4절) - 사탄에 대하여

이 마지막 세대에 믿는이에게 가장 중요한 한 가지는 바로 우리의 대적을 인식하고 또한 어떻게 그들과 싸워 이기는가를 아는 것이다.

우리가 육체와 세상을 이겼다 할지라도 대적을 이기는 것이 없으면 우리는 또한 전진할 수 없을 것이다. 여리고의 함락은 능력을 의지함에 있지 않고 하나님의 말씀을 의지함과 그들이 서 있는 위치에 있었다. 악한 영와 공격을 이기는 것은 바로 모든 상황과 느낌을 돌아보지 않고 하나님의 성취하시는 말씀을 믿음으로 대적을 패배시키는 것이며 그리스도께서 당신에게 주신 위치 곧 하늘의 위치에 서서 보다 낮은 위치에 있는 사탄과 그의 악한 영을 다스리는 것이다.

하나님의 말씀이 없고 하나님이 주신 위치를 취하는 믿음을 사용함이 없다면, 대적을 이길 수 없다
